server. Any other details that may be requested are solely for the
purpose of creating a better service for you, our customers, and
we promise that they will not be divulged to third parties of any
nature.
We aim to have an easy and efficient checkout system. When making
your first purchase from Kudos you will be asked to register with
a unique password: future sales will be made more convenient as
your details will be stored and won't have to be entered again.
We feel that it also strengthens our relationships with customers
and allows communication of offers and gift ideas in the future.
The shopping basket is a relatively standard feature that enhances
and simplifies shopping with Kudos. The concept is similar to that
of having somewhere to store your potential purchases whilst you
browse further.

text link, situated to the right of the respective product. If you

Describing descriptions
Attributed to each of our product images are two descriptive scripts. On the category pages, a somewhat generic, flowery description is displayed to complement the product. Once this
image is selected and the respective Read More page is generated, you will see a more detailed, technical description.
We try to make these descriptions as self-explanatory as possible however, if you would require more detail or do not understand some of the terms used, please

3. Ordering & Payment
How it works
As a leading online retailer and one which concentrates on our customer
service, we have developed a flowing, user-friendly website that
allows orders to be made with ease and efficiency. Firstly, the
customer can browse the site and hopefully find exactly what they
are looking for. At the end of their visits, the product(s) should
be added to their Shopping Basket. Please visit the following link
to learn about the Shopping Basket (General:
Question 5).
The sub-total cost of your shopping basket contents (displayed at
the bottom right of the page), shall be automatically re-calculated
when a new item is added. When checking out you may wish to select
the Gift wrap my purchases tick box. Following this action,
the updated price will be displayed. If you are fortunate enough
to have a Promotional Code, you may experience the benefits on this
page, by entering it in the bottom text box and clicking Submit.
After you have confirmed your order our site will direct you to
a secure page on WorldPays server, wherein you may enter payment
details safely. If the payment details have been verified successfully,
then on return to the Kudos site, you shall be informed that the
transaction has been completed. Consequently, we shall take over
responsibility of the order process!
Payment Preferences
For your convenience, we do our best to offer a selection of ways
in which a payment can be made to Kudos. Online via WorldPay or
send us a Sterling cheque or bankers draft.
World Wide
As a global internet company, Kudos welcomes orders from most countries
worldwide. You may select your preferred currency at the top right
of the page.
Duty Free?
There is no extra duty or tax payable on any goods that are purchased within the European Union. In relation to those purchased outside the European Union, there may be local taxes incurred,
however no U.K. tax charges will be paid on such orders.
All types of Flexible friends
As a well-established internet company, Kudos are willing to accept
all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, etc. On WorldPays
secure payment page, you will see the selection of permitted cards
and be prompted to select your personal preference.

Where in the Order Process is my order?...
After you have placed an order, the Kudos team will perform standard security procedures on your address details and if satisfactory, you will receive confirmation by email that the order has
been accepted by Kudos. Within a short period of time, you shall receive a further email informing you that your goods have been dispatched.
These are two standard and generic communications, however, at Kudos
we believe in an interactive service and so very often you will
be emailed personally by one of our representatives. Similarly,
if you should have any concerns or queries during the order process,
we would strongly encourage you to Contact
Us and we will reply as soon as possible.
4. Shipping / Delivery
The eagerly anticipated products
Your Kudos order will be accepted/rejected on the next working day
at the latest (this excludes banks holidays). If in stock, the goods
will be dispatched within 48 hours. Residents within the U.K. should
expect to receive delivery within 7 days of ordering. Additionally,
customers outside the U.K. should expect delivery between 12-14 days
from the date they have been dispatched. Respectively, you will
be contacted and notified as to when your order has been accepted
and consequently dispatched. If there is the unlikely event of a
delay, you will be quickly contacted and informed of its nature.
Trusted
For the security of all deliveries, all orders over £30 will require a signature upon delivery. We most commonly use three widely recognized and well-tested delivery services. Two of these apply
to deliveries within the U.K. Orders over the value of £30, are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Additional next day services are available at checkout.
Alternatively, orders above this value will be delivered using Royal Mail Signed for or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on weight. Lastly, all orders outside of the U.K. will be carried
using the International Signed For Service.
Ready to go
As standard, packaging refers to all items being securely packaged and this service is free.
Postage costs relative to your particular order shall be viewed at the payment page of the order process before you perform the transaction. They range from as little as £1 within the UK and £2
outside the UK.
Going on holiday?...
If there is a certain date on which delivery would be more convenient for you, we shall delay dispatching the goods and ensure they arrive on that day. This service is appreciated in the event of
customers leaving their homes on holiday or for other reasons. It may also be appropriate for birthday surprises.
Within the online ordering process, there is a comments box on the address page. Please indicate here if you would like us to delay delivery for any length of time. Alternatively you can contact
us directly and advise us on delivery of the respective order.
Empty house?...
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave
a card, stating that the package has been returned to your regions
local sorting office. It will remain there for personal collection.
You may be required to produce I.D. on collection.
